Dispatch trucking agent
Job Responsibilities:
- Dispatching and scheduling of Company trucks
- Designing pickup/delivery routes
- Ensuring efficient utilization of drivers and equipment
- Coordinating the movement of trucks
- Coordinating the pickup and delivery of freight
- Daily communication and coordination between drivers and customers on load information
- Providing of superior customer service
Requirements:
- Strong communicator -- both on phone and in writing
- Dispatch background
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Computer skills a must including: Internet programs, especially online Google products, MS Office
- Ability to learn proprietary industry software -- for booking and dispatching
- Ability to prioritize daily responsibilities and demonstrate good time management
- Good organization and prioritization skills, paying strong attention to detail
- Works well in a fast-paced environment

Job Responsibilities:
- Answering a high volume of phone calls, providing information and 24/7 care to suctomers
- Monitoring and responding to emails in a timely manner
- Scheduling/rescheduling of the reservations
- Dispatching and providing assistance to drivers
- Resolving all kinds of client/transportation issues
Requirements:
- Minimum high school education (SSS), University degree preferable
- Excellent computer literacy
- Fluent English, both spoken and written (mandatory)
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills, ability to prioritize and multitask
- Stress-resilient, being able to work under pressure
- Ability to think out of the box in order to solve and prevent problems from occuring
- Working in shifts
- Working knowledge in systems like LimoAnywhere, Livery Coach, Santa Cruz will be considered as an asset
- Experience in customer support/dispatching/sales jobs will be considered as an asset
